How to Use

Fill the neti pot with lukewarm sterile, distilled or previously boiled and cooled water mixed with non-iodised salt to create an isotonic saline solution. Lean over a sink, tilt your head to one side and gently insert the spout into the upper nostril while breathing through your mouth. Allow the solution to flow naturally through the opposite nostril before repeating on the other side. Rinse and dry the neti pot thoroughly after each use. Never use untreated tap water for nasal irrigation.

Copper naturally develops a darker patina over time, which can be restored using natural copper cleaning methods. For hygiene and safety, clean and dry the neti pot thoroughly after every use.
