At Ayusveda, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely and reliably. We carefully pack every order and dispatch it using trusted courier services throughout Australia.

Shipping Carrier

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During promotional periods, public holidays or peak seasons, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Queensland: 2–5 business days
• NSW, VIC & ACT: 3–6 business days
• SA & TAS: 4–7 business days
• WA & NT: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor your delivery online.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will work with Australia Post to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
