How to Use

Spray directly onto the gums or spray onto a clean finger and gently massage the gums above both rows of teeth for approximately 2–3 minutes. Spit out the excess oil and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening as part of your regular oral hygiene routine or follow the directions on the product label.
