Maharishi Ayurveda Pitta Massage Oil is a nourishing herbal body oil created for traditional Ayurvedic self-massage. Its carefully selected blend combines sesame oil with cooling and aromatic botanicals traditionally valued in Pitta-focused body-care rituals.

How to Use
Warm a small amount by placing the closed bottle in comfortably warm water. Apply to the body and massage gently using long strokes over the limbs and circular movements around the joints and abdomen. Allow the oil to remain on the skin briefly, then follow with a lukewarm shower or bath. Use according to the directions on the product label.
