How to Use

Use first thing in the morning before eating or drinking. Hold both handles firmly, place the curved edge towards the back of the tongue and gently scrape forward. Rinse the scraper after each pass and repeat 5 - 10 times or until the tongue feels clean. Rinse thoroughly, dry completely and store in a dry place after each use.
