How to Use

Warm a small amount of oil by placing the closed bottle in warm water. Apply to the body and massage using brisk, comfortable strokes, working from the hands and feet towards the centre of the body. Use circular movements around the joints and abdomen. Leave on briefly if desired, then follow with a warm shower or bath. Use according to the directions on the product label.
