How to Use

Swish approximately 5–15ml around the mouth for 5–15 minutes, gently pulling the oil between the teeth. Spit the oil into a bin (do not swallow or pour into the sink), rinse the mouth with warm water, then brush and floss as usual. Use daily, preferably first thing in the morning before eating or drinking.
